Cyanotype / Blueprint (1842–present)
Anna Atkins's botanical photograms established the cyanotype aesthetic: Prussian blue ground with white silhouettes of objects placed directly on light-sensitive paper. The blueprint evolved for architectural and engineering drawings but shares the same high-contrast, ghostly quality — precise detail rendered as white absence within an intense blue field.
Fête poster
This time it chose a detailed side-on ferret racing across numbered lanes in a cyanotype-style layout. Try again and the dice may well land on another detail from the copy entirely.
Gig poster
This time it went with a white technical drawing of a vintage stage microphone on dark blue, with its cable rising into a small wave beside the event details. Try again and the dice may well land on another detail from the copy entirely.
